Your day-to-day with us
Within an experienced team, with collective spirit and commitment at the heart of our values, you will support our clients throughout their transformation programmes related to the use of new technologies in the work environment.
As a Consultant, you will:
- Define digitalisation and innovation strategies (“Digital Workplace”, enterprise collaboration, work environment, etc.)
- Scope transformation projects and build the associated business cases
- Manage rollouts and the related change management
- Assess the impact and contribution of new technologies on ways of working
- Take part in pre-sales activities to win new assignments
- Contribute to the firm’s external communication
For example, we are currently supporting:
- A mutual insurance company in the renovation of its Paris headquarters, so that its employees and visitors have an attractive digital environment
- A player in the insurance sector in the rollout of its new collaborative practices around Microsoft 365
- A major player in finance in defining its End User Services strategy as part of an acquisition, then in steering this merger programme by contributing to the definition of the Target Operating Model
What we are looking for in you
- At least 3 years of professional experience, including at least one significant experience on consulting assignments
- Knowledge of the topics and concepts related to the work environment (collaboration solutions such as Microsoft 365, mobility and flex office, smart building, etc.) and of the infrastructure and solutions used to manage it
- Curiosity about the work environment, how it is evolving and its digital transformation
- Analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to report clearly and concisely to support decision-making
- Strong project management skills, whether within IT departments or complex organisations
- Flexibility and agility, with the ability to adapt your communication to any situation and any type of contact (IT, business, management)
- Comfortable in varied, complex and innovative work environments
- Service-minded, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong taste for teamwork
- Good level of English (reading, speaking and writing)
- Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or university equivalent
