Your day-to-day with us
Within an experienced team, with collective spirit and commitment at the heart of our values, you will support our clients throughout their transformation programmes related to the use of new technologies in the work environment.
As a Manager, you will:
- Guarantee the smooth running, the fulfilment of commitments and the quality of the client assignments under your responsibility
- Organise and plan your teams’ work
- Develop the skills of the consultants staffed on our client projects
- Develop and enrich our offering in one or more predefined areas, in line with our clients’ challenges and needs
- Take part in business development for the offering you lead
- Carry out the overall reporting of your activities
- Contribute to Ellipsia’s growth by playing a key role in recruiting new team members
- Take part in the firm’s external communication
For example, we are currently supporting:
- A player in the insurance sector in the Agile, worldwide rollout of its new work environment
- Another player in the insurance sector in the rollout of its new collaborative practices around Microsoft 365
- A major player in finance in steering the overall redesign of its user support processes
What we are looking for in you
- At least 5 years of experience, including proven experience as a Consulting Manager, ideally on Digital Workplace topics
- A track record in managing and steering complex, high-stakes, multi-dimensional projects and/or programmes (budgets, schedules, reporting, alerts and risks, resources, service providers, etc.)
- Ability to bring teams together and lead them in complex environments
- Sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit, kindness and attentive listening
- Proven knowledge of pre-sales processes, from identifying opportunities to preparing proposals and presentations
- An appetite for business development
- Good level of English (reading, speaking and writing)
