Your day-to-day with us
Within an experienced team, with collective spirit and commitment at the heart of our values, you will support our clients throughout their transformation programmes related to the use of new technologies in the work environment.
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Take charge of projects as a whole, from the specifications to the rollout
- Oversee project design (user needs, functional specifications, work packages, deliverables, acceptance criteria, etc.)
- Manage projects operationally by organising, coordinating and leading teams and contributors (technical, functional, service providers)
- Ensure follow-up, rollout and coordination with clients and users
- Set up and monitor schedules to ensure smooth progress and on-time delivery
- Guarantee the level of quality expected by the client
- Set up dashboards and reports suited to the different types of stakeholders (clients, management, business users)
- Define indicators for progress, risk monitoring and alerts
For example, we are currently supporting:
- A player in the insurance sector in the Agile, worldwide rollout of its new work environment
- Another player in the insurance sector in the rollout of its new collaborative practices around Microsoft 365
- A major player in finance in steering the overall redesign of its user support processes
What we are looking for in you
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager, ideally on projects related to the Digital Workplace or related topics
- General knowledge of the topics and concepts related to the work environment (collaboration solutions such as Microsoft 365, mobility and flex office, smart building, etc.)
- Strong project management skills, whether within IT departments or complex organisations
- Rigour and proactivity, with the ability to lead meetings and adapt your communication to different types of contact (IT, business, management)
- Comfortable in varied, complex and innovative work environments
- Service-minded, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong taste for teamwork
- Proven knowledge of one or more project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, V-model, etc.)
- Good level of English (reading, speaking and writing)
- Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or university equivalent
